Our Agency CCAI's Waiting Child Department asked us to review 'Fu Da Shan's' file about 3 weeks ago. It only took us about a day to say that HE was our son. We had to follow the normal CCAA (China Center of Adoption Affairs) protocol and receive Pre-Approval before we could tell anyone that we had accepted his referral, and show him off.
Joshua is from the Province of Henan, China and from the Jiaozuo Child Welfare Institute (Orphanage).
His birthday is November 16, 2007. (Emma and Joshua are only 6 months apart.)
We are still working on piles of paperwork/red tape so WE are thinking/hoping to travel January/February of 2010.
